Carbon conscious mixed use office and commercial development achieving BREEAM very good rating. High specification offices supplied with heating and cooling via air source heat pumps. The development was thermally modeled to minimize plant size and maximize energy efficiency. The project is the first phase of a 13 acre site proposed for development.
