Super health centre containing: consultants rooms, radiology, treatment rooms, pharmacy, café and ancillary spaces. The systems were designed in accordance with the HTM requirements and achieved B Rated Environmental Performance Certificate and BREEAM Excellent rating. JH Partners secured £70k worth of grant funding via the Low Carbon Building Programme through incorporation of forward thinking renewable energy systems.
